Alpine Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, poached
  • 1 c celery
  • 1 T chopped onion
  • 1 ½ c mayo
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 ½ c shredded Saxony cheese
  • 2 – 3 c cubed English muffin bread
  • Salt and pepper/Poultry Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
  2. Bake at 375 for 35 – 40 minutes
