
Alpine Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts, poached
- 1 c celery
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1 ½ c mayo
- 1 c milk
- 1 ½ c shredded Saxony cheese
- 2 – 3 c cubed English muffin bread
- Salt and pepper/Poultry Seasoning
Directions
- Mix ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
- Bake at 375 for 35 – 40 minutes
